I’m going to Marymount University in January. I’ve actually been out of school for about two years between community college and fulfilling my bachelors. I love painting, drawing. I’m going to school for fashion merchandising and marketing, so I like sketching.

With my sickle cell, I had my first surgery at 3 years old. I had my gallbladder removed. From there, I developed avascular necrosis. I got my hips both done on for about a year, then I got my right hip replaced soon after. I also had my spine infused when I was about 17. I had way bad scoliosis, but after that, it’s been mostly just a lot of pain. That was my last surgery at 17, so far, so good.
